KRK PRIVILEGE S.R.L. is a Romanian education company and the home of Turgut Hoca, a language teaching brand built on more than ten years of classroom and online teaching.

Our story

From one teacher’s courses to a learning company.

Turgut Hoca began as one teacher helping Turkish speakers learn Romanian: people moving to Romania or Moldova for work and family, and applicants preparing for the B1 language certificate needed in the Romanian citizenship process.

Over the years those lessons grew into structured video courses on turguthoca.com and Udemy, with weekly live Q&A sessions and a growing community of learners in Romania, Turkey, Moldova and across Europe.

KRK PRIVILEGE S.R.L. was founded in 2024 in Satu Mare county to take this teaching further. Our first product is the Turgut Hoca app, which brings the same care to short daily lessons and opens it to more learners, in four course directions between Romanian, Turkish and English.

Turgut graduated in Translation and Interpreting (English, German and Turkish) from Dokuz Eylül University in Izmir, and studied Romanian at Babeș-Bolyai University in Cluj-Napoca on a scholarship from the Romanian Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

He has more than ten years of experience teaching and translating English, Turkish, German and Romanian, with students in Romania, Turkey, Moldova, Ireland, Italy and the United Kingdom. “Hoca” is the Turkish word for teacher.
