This website is operated by KRK PRIVILEGE S.R.L. (“we”, “us”), a company registered in Romania with its registered office at Str. Lalelelor nr. 6, sat Mărtinești, comuna Odoreu, jud. Satu Mare, Romania, Tax ID (CUI) 50146216, Trade Register No. J2024000550305, share capital 200 RON. We are the data controller for the personal data described in this policy.
This policy covers this website only. The Turgut Hoca mobile app has its own privacy policy, which is published together with the app.
What we collect
This website has no user accounts and no forms, and it does not use cookies, analytics or advertising trackers. Personal data is processed only in the following cases:
- Technical request data. When you visit the site, our hosting provider automatically processes data such as your IP address, browser type, the page requested and the time of the request. This is needed to deliver the site and to protect it against abuse.
- Web fonts. The site loads its fonts from Google Fonts. To do this, your browser connects to Google’s servers, which receive your IP address.
- Email. If you write to us, we use your email address and the content of your message to reply to you.
Why we process it
We process technical request data and font requests on the basis of our legitimate interest in running a secure, working website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). We process your emails to answer your request, on the basis of our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries or, where your message concerns a contract with us, to take steps at your request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
Who receives it
- Vercel Inc. (United States), which hosts this website.
- Google LLC (United States), which serves the web fonts.
- Our email service provider, which stores the messages you send us.
Where data is transferred outside the European Economic Area, the transfer relies on appropriate safeguards, such as the EU–U.S. Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses. We do not sell your personal data.
How long we keep it
Technical request data is kept by our hosting provider only for the short period needed for operation and security. We keep email correspondence for as long as needed to handle your request, or longer where the law requires us to.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to access your personal data, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict or object to its processing and to data portability. To use these rights, write to us at the address below.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Romanian data protection authority, the Autoritatea Națională de Supraveghere a Prelucrării Datelor cu Caracter Personal (dataprotection.ro).
